AMOCK Research Group
(Advancement of Musculoskeletal, Occupational Health and Clinical Knowledge Research Group)

AMOCK is led by Assoc. Prof. Stephan Milosavljevic, senior lecturer.  The group is involved in many funded projects and has a number of PhD students most of whom hold scholarships.  The group’s publication list is extensive. Plans for the future encompass further development of our work internationally, including the running out of current trial protocols in other countries, staff exchanges and grant application development.

This group currently runs a diverse range of research projects in the areas of rural ergonomics, biomechanical studies, activity monitoring, low level laser therapy, thoraco-lumbar postures, osteoarthritis interventions/treatments and more.  Many of our members are involved in clinical teaching, as well as practice leading to translational research.
